It requires good cooldown reduction to work because you want to maximize the number of EB casts you can do. What matters is that it can hit 3 times per cast and that you can cast it without interrupting disintegrate. Wizard A does 1 Attack per Second for 2 damage. One thing you have to keep in mind is, that the more attack speed contributes to your DPS, the more AP you pay per damage done. Hydra for example will not attack faster with higher attack speed from you, but it will deal more damage per attack to reflect your DPS. (Blizzard does not stack and its damage is determined solely by weapon damage*, so casting it faster does not increase the damage you do over a certain amount of time to a single enemy/area)Īttack speed increases your DPS and all spells reflect changes in this number fairly well.
